Why I Participate
There's no way to know how much can be accomplished when people join together to help improve our world....so since I'm a terribly curious person, I think we better try it and find out! I think LA is an amazing city and a great hub to unite people together to create change! Never has that been more apparent to me than marching the streets of West Hollywood with thousands of Angelenos for the annual AIDS Walk.
About Me
I'm fascinated by the power of writing (and other forms of art) to inspire social change. I have been a passionate student activist for women’s rights issues while at Oxy, working as a campus leader for the college’s V-Day Campaign.
My Interest
I'm interested in international women's rights first and foremost. I'm also passionate about my vegetarianism and interested in the relationship between saving our environment and obstaining from meat consumption...let's all leave the cows in peace and help reduce greenhouse gases!
