Gearing up for Peace One Day's 10-year anniversary

During my journey of ten years with Peace One Day, I have had the privilege to meet and become inspired by hundreds of thousands of people including you.
If you've not recently been on the Peace One Day website, I'd like to invite you to visit http://www.peaceoneday.org. There, you can learn about the progress we have made in recent years, and you can also view the trailer of our award-winning new film The Day After Peace, and see how Peace Day is saving lives.
The DVD is now available for sale on our website. Purchasing the DVD is a great way to catch up on our progress and it also supports Peace One Day to continue. By sharing the film with others you are playing an important part in making Peace Day widely known. Appearances from Kofi Annan, The Dalai Lama, Angelina Jolie, Jude Law, Annie Lennox, Jonny Lee Miller and dozens of others add to the tremendous momentum we've gained over the years. On Peace Day 2008 warring parties in Afghanistan once again recognised the Day, which allowed for 1.8 million children to be vaccinated against polio.
